Paula Otero
A respected multifaceted marketer, Paula founded La Kart People in 2014 with the goal of delivering a new agency experience to clients seeking strategy-led solutions in an increasingly fragmented tactic-focused industry. 

Paula is well versed in first market entry efforts being solely responsible for launching the first ever Hispanic market initiative for Amway Global, a $12 billion company, the program proved one of the most successful in the North America affiliate. 

As a Public Relations expert, Paula has mastered the art of crafting a story-line that will gain media attention. Paula is a writer herself contributing a weekly column to Al Dia Media on a topic close to her heart: Minority woman owned small businesses. 

Prior to founding La Kart People Paula led PR, brand and marketing for some of the world's biggest companies and organizations including Chase; CVS Pharmacy; AT&T; Milk Processors Association "Got Milk?" campaign; Unilever, Suave; Quiznos and the World Federation of Advertisers in Brussels, Belgium. 

Paula is honored to have been the recipient of the Latino Trendsetter Award, Mary Hallareen Trailblazer Award and a recognition for outstanding citizenship by the US Department of Justice.
